Slack integration

Promoter Ninja's Slack integration will allow you to read your customers feedback messages directly in your team's Slack application. Customer feedback is sent to a channel named #promoter-ninja. You have to create this channel for the integration to work properly. 

How to use the Promoter Ninja Slack integration:

• Sign in to your Promoter Ninja account
• Click on the top-right user menú and then in Developer settings
• Click on the Connect to Slack button under the Slack integration option
• Follow the onscreen instructions to authorize the Promoter Ninja + Slack integration.
• Set up rules to route feedback to the channels of your choice.
